Sergey Kolesnikov opened the Polyany Ecopark in the Ryazan Region

03.06.2019 The opening ceremony was held on June, 1 with the participation of the Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolai Lyubimov. Investors of the project were Sergey Kolesnikov and Dmitry Leikin. The total investment amounted to 500 million roubles.
Ecopark Polyany is located on more than 500 hectares and will include a developed infrastructure for an active family vacation - comfortable hotel rooms, an outdoor restaurant and rental of sports equipment. The Almaz Biathlon Complex is located on the territory of the Ecopark, a project built as part of a public-private partnership by TECHNONICOL Corporation and transferred by the company to the government of the Ryazan Region. The complex has already become one of the favorite places of Ryazan residents and guests of the region for various sports competitions, both professional and amateur level.

The Governor of the Ryazan Region, Nikolai Lyubimov, noted that the opening of such a facility in the region will contribute to the development of domestic and inbound tourism, popularization of outdoor activities and sports. “This is a wonderful complex that provides new opportunities for residents and guests of our region. There should be quite a lot of such sites in the Ryazan region, and we will contribute to this,” said Nikolai Lyubimov. The Governor expressed his gratitude to investors who implement such socially significant projects.

On the territory of Ecopark, a unique Spa center is being built with an all year usage outdoor pool. The complex will include a sauna, a Russian bath, a hammam, a salt and phyto-bath, wellness mud and much more, including a gym with special exercise equipment for cyclical sports athletes. The commissioning date is the first quarter of 2020.

In the third quarter of 2019, additional rental of sports equipment and conference rooms will be opened. In the fourth quarter of this year, guest houses will be put into operation, in the first half of 2020 the eco-farm is going to start working.

In the immediate vicinity of hotel rooms a unique swing park for children and adults, multifunctional sports grounds for team sports and an obstacle course are planned to be built.
