TechnoNICOL Corporation develops international economic cooperation

23.09.2014 TechnoNICOL Corporation increasing its assets in Western Europe - held the acquisition transaction of the Italian manufacturer of building materials - Italiana Membrane.

September 11 in Pordenone (Italy) held a ceremony for the formal entry of the plant Italiana Membrane in the TechnoNICOL Corporation. The event was attended by Vice-President of the Friuli region - Sergio Bolzonello, Vice-president of the Pordenone province - Giuseppe Verdichizzi, Mayor of Pordenone - Edi Piccinin, Director of the plant Italiana Membrane - Riccardo Sollini, President of TechnoNICOL - Sergei Kolesnikov, CEO TechnoNICOL - Vladimir Markov and others.

Representatives of northern Italy noted the importance of the participation of Russian companies in the development of industry in Italy. "In today's difficult economic and political situation, we are pleased to strengthen cooperation between Russian and Italian manufacturers. This deal is not only an economic, but also cultural and diplomatic dialogue. Industry in the northern Italian regions, including in Pordenone, is in the doldrums. It is very important that in such a difficult time for Europe there are companies that can create jobs, to invest in the development of production. Entry Italiana Membrane plant in the TechnoNICOL Corporation - a positive sign for the whole Italian industry "- noted in his speech Giuseppe Verdichizzi.

The company Italiana Membrane was founded in 1988 and today it is the second largest producer of building materials in Italy. In 2011, the turnover of the plant Italiana Membrane was 50 million euros. At the moment, 35% of production is exported to countries in North and Latin America, the Middle East and Nordic Countries. In the future TechnoNICOL Corporation plans to develop other areas of exports due to the company's well-established partnerships and the presence of other plants in the group.

Before the acquisition of the Italiana Membrane plant TechnoNICOL leaders held meetings with trade unions and reached an agreement on the number of staff, personnel arrangements, remuneration principles. TechnoNICOL Corporation strictly follows to these agreements. In the next two years at the plant would be small modernization aimed at increasing production efficiency and reducing production costs.
