TechnoNICOL and the Polytechnic college of Astana agree to create joint Training center 21.11.2016 The joint Training center of TechnoNICOL and the Polytechnic College is to become the key venue for hands-on training of construction workers in the capital of Kazakhstan. The four party agreement between the Corporation, the educational organization, the Educational governance and the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana was signed during the VII State forum «Professional education and business: dialogue of partners».

The forum «Professional education and business: dialogue of partners» design the development trajectory for corporate staff training in the labour market of Astana. Among its guests are the representatives of the capital’s Akimat, the Educational and science governance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana and their social partners. The forum’s key goal is to define colleges and enterprises for joint training of highly demanded staff.

The association agreement, which has been signed during the forum, allows the acting and future specialists of the building industry in Astana to improve their skills in the most prospective and efficient construction technologies — all this on the basis of the joint Training center of the TechnoNICOL Corporation and the Polytechnic college. The new Training center will be equipped with the modern mounting facilities. The specialists of the building industry can acquire theoretical knowledge and gain practical skills in such issues as flat roof systems, waterproofing with polymer membranes and bitumen roll-fed materials, thermal insulation of building structures and pitched roofs.

The collaboration with TechnoNICOL that is one of the largest international producers of reliable and effective construction materials can convert the Polytechnic College, which was founded in 1994 by uniting four vocational schools, into a significant site for training staff for the building industry of Kazakhstan in accordance with new standards.
