President and managing partner of TechnoNICOL Sergey Kolesnikov nominated Head of antitrust legislation Committee of Business Russia

04.06.2015 Sergey Kolesnikov will focus on boosting effectiveness of the state antitrust policy.

One of Russia’s leading manufacturers and founder of TechnoNICOL became the head of the antitrust legislation Committee of the noncommercial organization Business Russia. The new position entitles Mr. Kolesnikov to seek balance between the expectations of Russian manufacturers and entrepreneurs and the activity of the Federal Antitrust Service. The priority of the Committee is to contract and harmonize contradictory standard regulation, decrease corruptive potential of punitive penalties and contribute to the development of the state antitrust policy.
“The function of antitrust controllers, as well as other regulatory authorities today, should be focused on the economy growth. It’s manufacturers’ and entrepreneurs’ intent. We have much in common and I hope that the adequate dialogue will significantly improve the antitrust policy,” comments Sergey Kolesnikov.
