XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF is used to construct flat roofs in trade and logistical centres, residential areas, foundations of any complexity, load-bearing roofs, and floors on soil. The XPS CARBON PROF line also includes specialist materials for the creation of a slope on a flat roof, XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF SLOPE.

The extruded polystyrene foam TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF is one of the most highly effective thermal insulation materials. Its high strength and low thermal conductivity make this material highly popular in industrial and civil construction.

The production process of XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF makes use of nanoscale carbon particles. Nanocarbon reduces the thermal conductivity of the material and increases its strength. Thanks to being saturated with nanocarbon, panels of XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF acquire a dark silver tone and possess a high energy-efficiency index.

The RF marking is shown on products containing fire-retardant material, reducing the risk of fire.

Scope of application:

The extruded polystyrene foam series TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF is used in general civil construction in installing thermal insulation of foundations, roofs, floors, including load-bearing floors, and insulating facades and base courses. The panels are packaged in a UV-resistant membrane and delivered on pallets.

Storage:

XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF panels can be stored under cover protecting them from atmospheric precipitation and sunlight. During storage under cover, the panels must be laid on pallets, stands, or slats.

XPS TECHNONICOL CARBON PROF panels can be stored in the open air in special packaging protecting them from external atmospheric effects.

Precautionary measures:

Keep away from fire. Chemically unstable on contact with petrol, organic solvents, and bituminous cement with a high organic solvent content.
