Areas of application

AXI ROOF slabs are designed to be used in civil and industrial construction as heat insulation in coverings with reinforced concrete flooring. Before waterproofing installation on a heat insulation layer, install protective underlayment. The heat-insulation layer of roofing structures with application of slabs may be single-layered and multilayered. The top layer may be made of AXI ROOF V slabs; in this case, the roof cladding is installed without any additional protective underlayment.

AXI ROOF N slabs are designed to be used in civil and industrial construction as a heat insulation bottom layer in coverings for two-layer thermal insulation. Recommended to be applied in combination with AXI ROOF V slabs.

AXI ROOF N and AXI ROOF slabs are recommended to be applied as the bottom layer.

Description

AXI ROOF are extra rigid, nonflammable, waterproofing, heat- and sound insulating slabs made of basalt rock stonewool with a low-phenol binder.

Storage

The slabs must be stored in covered warehouses. Storage under an awning protecting the slabs from atmospheric precipitation is permitted. slabs during storage should be laid in containers or in piles on pallets or linings. The piling height during storage should not exceed 2 m.
