TECHNONIOL to build two new plants in the Far East

24.05.2018

The Far East Development Corporation and TECHNONICOL signed an agreement within the framework of the SPIEF. According to the agreement TECHNONIOL will build new enterprises in the Khabarovsk Region. The investments will amount to 600 million roubles.

TECHNONIOL Corporation will build two new plants on the basis of the advanced development territory «Khabarovsk». The investments in the implementation of the project for the secondary processing of polymers will be about 100 million rubles. Besides, a plant producing modern plastic drainage systems will be constructed. 500 million roubles will be invested in its construction.

«TECHNONICOL’s business is socially oriented. The company is already working in the Far East successfully. TECHNONICOL has become one of the first residents of the advanced development territory in the Far East. The company produces materials that are in great demand and develops exports actively. In 2017, the volume of individual housing construction amounted to more than 120,000 square meters only in the Khabarovsk region. I am confident there will be a demand on the new enterprises’ production in the Far East," said Vyacheslav Shport, Governor of the Khabarovsk Region.

The new projects are planned to be launched between 2018 and 2019.

«It has been almost two years since we launched a basalt insulation factory in Khabarovsk. The plant reached its designed capacity. We managed to build the project quickly and reduce the payback period from 10 to 7 years due to the support of the regional authorities and tax privileges. Our working experience in Khabarovsk and the conviction we have about the advanced development territory encouraged us to launch new projects. We expect them to be successful as well as the previous ones and to contribute to the regional development and strengthening of Russian export capacities," commented Sergey Kolesnikov, co-owner of TECHNONICOL.
