TECHNONICOL plant in Khabarovsk will supply modern shipbuilding insulation to the Far East and Asian countries 21.06.2017 The plant “TECHNONICOL Dalnij Vostok” has received a certificate confirming that its shipbuilding insulation had been tested according to the rules of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and meets the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).

«By receiving the Certificate, the TECHNONICOL Far East plant has confirmed that it produces high-quality products and the enterprise corresponds to the current industry standards. Shipments to the shipbuilding factories are impossible without this document», says Petr Oreshko, general director of the plant «TECHNONICOL Dalnij Vostok».

The TECHNONICOL Far East plant will export insulation materials to China, Japan and South Korea.

At the moment, the plant «TECHNONICOL Dalnij Vostok» is ready to produce three types of products: thermal insulation for ships’ hulls, technical slabs for insulation of technological equipment and fire protection of engineering systems and bearing metal structures of ships, as well as mats for thermal and sound insulation.

The plant, built in 2016, is equipped with modern production lines for the manufacturing of one hundred basalt thermal insulation products with minimal time spent on switching from one type of product to another.
