Project Cost Estimation Center of TechnoNICOL joined SRO

18.07.2016 Project specification and cost calculation made by TechnoNICOL engineers acquire the status of official documentation. The corporate Project Cost Estimation Center has joined the self-regulated organization and got permission for providing architectural and constructive solutions.

According to the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation, the right to manage architectural and building projects is only granted to authorized members of self-regulated organizations of design engineers. The Association of building designers SFERA-A considered the application of TechnoNICOL and concluded that regular and managing staff qualification, as well as company’s technological infrastructure ensure the appropriate level of operations, all in accordance with technical rules and standards.
The official access to project and engineering activity allows TechnoNICOL to develop sections of project documentation, which deal with insulation systems (roofs, fronts, foundations, floors and other construction elements) and suggest customers safe and functional solutions. Consequently, TechnoNICOL engineers can conduct calculations taking into account the region, functional role, objectives and energy saving opportunities of the building, as well as other specific details.
The Association of building designers SFERA-A assigned the official status to project documentation and standard calculations of TechnoNICOL engineers. Thus, the Project Cost Estimation Center of the company can perform on customer’s demand the thermotechnical, soundproofing and eolian calculations, evaluate the required allotment of material, design the tapered insulation, etc.
