13.02.2018 In 2008, TECHNONICOL Corporation launched the first full cycle Russian plant producing polymer waterproofing membranes. For ten years the LOGICROOF plant has produced about 90 million m2 of products. Modern building materials for waterproofing of roofs, underground structures and pools are used not only in Russia, but also in more than 30 countries abroad.

TECHNONICOL Corporation, one of the largest international manufacturers of reliable and efficient building materials, occupies a leading position in its industry in the development and introduction of new technologies. It also concerns the LOGICROOF plant, which is one of the best in the construction industry due to the equipment and qualification of personnel. «It is a real diamond in the company’s production collection," said Sergey Kolesnikov, president of TECHNONICOL.

Automated lines installed at the plant were developed by the Corporation’s engineers and the Italian colleagues. The equipment allows to produce up to 20 million m2 of products per year.

The main application of PVC membranes is waterproofing of flat, walkable and non-walkable roofs, foundations, tunnel structures, artificial reservoirs, pools, containers for storing liquids. Experts of the TECHNONICOL Corporation, based on the experience of leading European and American manufacturers of polymer roofing materials, managed to solve an incredibly difficult task. They developed a waterproofing material that is not only inferior but even superior to the best foreign analogs. The Russian development — the polymeric membrane LOGICROOF — behaves equally well in a chemically aggressive environment, under hot sun, torrential rains, storm gusts of the wind and in severe frosts.
 
For 10 years, materials produced at the plant were used in the construction and reconstruction of six thousand objects in all regions of Russia, as well as in the foreign countries, including the Czech Republic, Italy, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Estonia, Mexico, Thailand etc.

LOGICROOF membranes were used to build key Olympic facilities in Sochi, sports complex «Olympic», ice arenas in Ufa, Kazan, Magnitogorsk; car plants Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Volvo, Peugeot, GAZ; shopping centers IKEA, Auchan, Metro, Castorama, cargo terminal of Domodedovo airport, terminal C of Sheremetyevo airport, Koltsovo airport in Novosibirsk, stadiums for the World Cup in Russia.
 
For ten years the production of the plant has taken the leading positions in the construction markets, which confirms the high quality of the materials produced.
